Disney/20th’s PG-13 comedy FREE GUY has huge definite interest from -25M (20 points over norm) & also looks good with +25F (16 points over norm). MGM/UAR/BRON’s PG-13 Aretha Franklin musical bio-pic RESPECT (pictured – Jennifer Hudson) has best definite interest from +25F (4 points over norm).
8/20: Searchlight’s R rated horror original THE NIGHT HOUSE has the strongest interest from -25M (5 points over norm). Lionsgate’s R rated crime thriller THE PROTEGE is also doing best with -25M (equal to the norm). WB/Kilter’s PG-13 sci-fi mystery REMINISCENCE is tracking best with +25M (5 points over the norm). Paramount/Nickelodeon’s G rated animated comedy PAW PATROL has the best interest from -25F (9 points below norm).
8/27: Universal/MGM/BRON’s R rated horror reboot CANDYMAN will hit tracking shortly. It should do best with -25F, typically horror’s core audience.
