Mark Bozek
Bozek is the Founder of Live Rocket Inc. a content and commerce launching in 2021 in NYC. His first feature, the documentary, “The Times of Bill Cunningham” was released in the North America by Greenwich Entertainment on February 14, 2020 – one month before the Covid 19 Pandemic and thus qualifying for an Best Documentary for the Academy Awards.Before forming Live Rocket, Bozek was associated with media executive Barry Diller for fourteen years, culminating in his role as Chief Executive Officer of HSN (Home Shopping Network). Bradley Cooper plays a character based on Bozek in David O. Russell’s movie “JOY”.Bozek first worked with Diller at Fox Television, beginning in 1988, at the inception of Fox Television, where he was a three-time Emmy nominee for television new specials.Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Bozek was born in top of his family’s funeral business, the basis for which later became his award winning short film he wrote and directed called, “Dearly Beloved”In 1978, just out of high school, Bozek was the assistant to famed acting Method coach, Lee Strasberg. He worked on several of Strasberg’s films as well as Strasberg’s book, “Method Acting – A Dream of Passion”.
