Lily-Rose Depp portrayed Catherine in director/co-writer David Michôd’s film adaptation of Shakespeare’s Henry V trilogy, The King (2019), co-produced by Brad Pitt and starring Timothée Chalamet (in the title role), with Joel Edgerton (who also co-wrote), Sean Harris, Robert Pattinson and Ben Mendelsohn, and released both theatrically and on streaming by Netflix after premiering at the Venice Film Festival. Depp played a supporting role in director/writer/producer Nicholas Jarecki’s crime thriller, Crisis (2021), co-starring Gary Oldman, Armie Hammer, Evangeline Lilly, Greg Kinnear, Michelle Rodriguez, Kid Cudi, and Martin Donovan, and released to over $1 million returns for Quiver Distribution.

Depp co-starred with Tye Sheridan, Fionnula Whitehead, and Colin Farrell in director/co-writer/producer Neil Burger’s sci-if thriller, Voyagers (2021), but was a disaster for distributor for Lionsgate/Summit Entertainment (as well as international distributors Universal Pictures/Focus Features/Sky Cinema/Vertical Entertainment) with $4.2 million returns against $29 million costs. Depp appeared in a supporting role in director/writer Camille Griffin’s black comedy, Silent Night (2021), with Keira Knightley, Matthew Goode, Roman Griffin Davis, and Annabelle Wallis, and distributed by RLJE Films after premiering at the Toronto Film Festival.
