JT Tomangi; is an unstoppable force. Gliding down the runway, acting on set or training in a myriad of training facilities, his aura and presence commands attention. The exquisite blend of Samoan, Italian and African heritage is showcased in his powerful stance, his chiseled jawline and sculpted body. The aura comes from a passionate heart. The bold physical beauty is balanced by humility and quiet strength of character. Loyal until the end, he doesn’t know how to quit. A challenging childhood gave him the mindset that rejection just motivates. A black sheep and troubled youth, he turned challenges into success by obtaining a Bachelors Of Science Degree in Legal Studies while minoring in Sports Medicine. His consistent determination, discipline, work ethic and tenacity leads him to success. The glow of a humanitarian heart guides him to philanthropic pursuits as he gives back, helping at-risk youth. Some days he’s an actor on set, some days he walks the runway, some days he is a motivational speaker, and some days he is a film producer. Limited by nothing, JT took the hard lessons of the streets, applied them to the business world and found the passion for changing lives. Lessons learned as an athlete give him the strength to change his environment while he helps others on the rocky path out of gangs and into the business market.

His passions are to lead youth/young adults and helping others as they grow into their real destiny.

JT Tomangi was born in San Francisco to a family pressured by poverty, secrets and driven by street values. Moving from place to place, struggling with gang affiliation from the age of eleven, JT died a little every day as the streets sucked the life out of neighbors and friends. A gifted athlete, he overcame hurt and fear through the successes in football, basketball and track. He volunteered at the YMCA, group homes, and juvenile prison facilities, learning as he mentored the at-risk youth. Discipline and drive illuminated his realities as he caught glimpses of the man he wanted to be. As he evolved, he chose to inspire others with the lessons he learned.

While JT never planned an acting career, he has been cast in multiple television shows and films. He played the role of Jesus in “Heaven’s Gates and Hell’s Flames” on stages across America. He played the role of Big Bubba and was a stunt performer in “Mojave Diamonds”, he played the roles of Santa Muerte and thug while being a stunt double for Terrance Howard and stunt performer in “Skeletons In The Closet”, he played the role of Masin while being the stunt double for Michael Jai White and being a stunt performer in “MR-9 Do Or Die”, he played the role of Chingon and was a stunt performer in “Shrapnel”, he was a featured fighter in the film “Street”, a pro baller in “Crave: The Fast Life”. Then television casting agents loved him in “How To Get Away With Murder”, “Greys Anatomy”, “CSI” and so many others. JT has other major upcoming film projects and television series projects coming. He is a published model and has modeled for charity events like the fundraiser for MS, LA fashion week, LA Fashion Corner, New York Fashion Week, and F.A.C.E. He was also given the title KING for the twenty-sixteen Art for Peace Hollywood Awards. JT Tomangi is an actor, entrepreneur, model, athlete, producer, artist, writer and MC.
