Joe is fortunate to have worked under feature-film directors including David Cronenberg, Fernando Meirelles, Nicolas Winding Refn, the Hughes Brothers, and Guillermo del Toro. He has been nominated for multiple Canadian Screen Awards and international festival awards for his acting work and short films. Noteworthy roles include his ensemble work in Room, which was nominated for Best Picture for the 88th annual Academy awards and his character work in Antiviral, Maps to the Stars, and Blindness, all which had world premiers at Cannes.
