Rachel Cora Wood is Jamaican, Romanian, French, English, and American. She is the cousin to two-time Bond Girl, Martine Beswick. She’s worked opposite Nicholas Cage in National Treasure 2 and Sarita Choudhary in the recent Blumhouse film Evil Eye (2020). Rachel spent ages six through twelve living in West Virginia, where she cultivated her adventurous side and started creating stories. Dancing was her first passion and she later transitioned to acting, writing, and directing. Once she was emancipated she immediately moved to NYC where she trained in acting, performed Off-Broadway, and worked in TV & Film. Rachel now lives in Los Angeles.She produced, “10 for the Tata’s,” A 10-minute play benefit, featuring original works by Theresa Rebeck, Bekah Brunstetter, Cindy Chupack, and Tony Glazer, which raised money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. She dedicates 2% of all her profits as an actor and filmmaker to Young Storytellers; an arts education non-profit using the timeless techniques of mentoring, collaboration, and performance. She is committed to making and acting in thought-provoking films, that appeal to many ages, and promote freedom and sustainability for all individuals and their communities.
