Guillén’s feature debut as a supporting actor was in writer-producer-director Tom Morris’ comedy, General Education (2012), with Janeane Garofalo and Larry Miller, followed by the higher-profile comedy, The Internship (2013), directed by Shawn Levy and co-written and co-produced by star Vince Vaughn, with Owen Wilson, Rose Byrne, and Max Minghella, and earning nearly double ($93.5 million) its $58 million budget.

Guillén’s other 2022 feature was the sci-fi comedy, I’m Totally Fine, directed and co-written (with Alisha Ketry) by Brandon Dermer, and with Jillian Bell and Natalie Morales.

Guillén co-starred with Sarah Ramos, Aurora Perrineau, Nick Thune, and Michael Vlamis in writer-director Vlamis’ thriller, Crossword (2023), and then co-starred in the Angel Manuel Soto-directed superhero movie, Blue Beetle (2023), with Susan Sarandon, Xolo Mariduena, Damián Alcázar, George Lopez, and Elpidia Carillo.
