Daisy Betts is an Australian-born actor who has appeared in U.S. and Australian television dramas, including main roles in the Australian series Out of the Blue (2008), NBC’s Persons Unknown (2010), ABC’s Last Resort (2012-2013) and NBC’s Chicago Fire, and who has also appeared in feature films, starting with 20th Century Fox’s and Regency Enterprises’ supernatural horror movie, Shutter (2008), starring Joshua Jackson, Rachael Taylor, and Megumi Okina, under Masayuki Ochiai’s direction.

Betts co-starred with Ben Oxenbould, Harry Cook, and Peter Phelps in Australian co-writer/director Adam Blaiklock’s thriller-on-a-yacht, Caught Inside (2010). Betts was the star and a co-producer of the biopic portrait of the Smallbone family moving from Australia to Nashville, Unsung Hero (2024), co-directed and co-written by Richard L. Ramsey and Joel Smallbone (who also co-starred, portraying his father), and which was released in wide pattern by Lionsgate.
