Kate Bohan is an award-winning Chinese-American writer, director, and producer who received her BFA from the Chinese Broadcasting University of Journalism. Moving to Los Angeles from China in 1998 with her family . Bohan dedicated herself to studying film in hopes of transforming her dream into reality. Her earliest passion was to study film in AFI . – In 2018, she wrote and directed and produced feature film “Kayla” which received multiple awards from a number of prestigious film festivals and gained national recognition for her outstanding screenwriting and directing skills.
